My wife was the first one to come here, and she had a very good experience. It was my turn through deferred maintenance to finally come to the dentist, so I opted to follow suit and come here. It was very clear through my deferred maintenance I had a lot of work to be done, and Dr. Jones made it very comfortable for me and identified a roadmap for what was gonna take place over the next couple months, probably six months. It’s clear to me it’s very important to not only Dr. Jones, but the staff, to take an interest in it, to follow up, and to make sure that I’m okay with the work that’s just been done.

It’s clear that the care is there, but it’s the follow-up too that makes it more personable and more real. Actually, I did have a friend that came to me with very similar deferred maintenance, and I explained the process that I went through or the many times that I had to come back for the various treatments. He does lay out a very simple roadmap of the procedures of the process that needs to take place. He’ll also ask and be conscious of the costs associated with that, so there’s various options that he’ll present to you based on what’s in the best interest for you. And again, on the personal note, he makes it very, very easy and very cordial, as the relationship is not only just the professional one, there’s also the personal aspects that he brings to the table, and his team does that too.

I was very clear that I had…when I came in here, one of the major problems was my teeth were very crooked top and bottom and so the recommendation was to use this process for Invisalign. I’d never done that before, never heard of it before other than the commercials. He explained the process, and so my first set, you know, we would get the mold, and then the trays would come. Usually, they were in a set of five trays. You wear a tray for one week at a time and then you advance to tray two and tray three, made it easy for someone like me to follow.

But what was exciting was it wasn’t painful, but I did see my teeth move from tray to tray and in a very subtle way, but between 1 and 20, it was very clear that I ended up with a tremendous amount of movement with very little effort. I’m very pleased with it, it’s very simple now. I just use a retainer at night, and it’s very simple. Even through the process, it is invisible…it’s almost invisible. I didn’t really know that they were on there at the time. But yeah, now that it’s just a retainer, it was painless. I would recommend it, very simple. For someone that’s never gone through it, if I was to go through it again, it would be a very simple decision to make. I’d just do it and get it done.

My top teeth were very crooked, and that necessitated the Invisalign process. And once I went through the Invisalign, it was very clear that I needed individual crowns as well as a bridge on the side. So I opted to do that. I think there was eight total on my front teeth and made it a very simple two-part process. And it was very quickly done, and I’m very pleased with it. But he did put me at ease from the standpoint that, I think he said this isn’t his first rodeo, he’s done this before.

But most importantly, he was able to show me what it currently is and what it’s projected to be like. The experience I’m experiencing now is, ironically, quite a few people have mentioned that they like the difference in my smile. The work that was done has been noticed. It’s a lot easier to clean. Maintenance is a lot easier. And I’m not going to get in a position where I’m going to be in a deferred maintenance mode like I have been. So it’s nice to hear compliments where I never received them before from my teeth perspective.

This practice seems very family-oriented. I came here because of the hygienist. I followed my previous hygienist for 30 years. She retired. The hygienist here, I know two of them personally, and that’s why I came here. And Dr. Jones was the icing on the cake. First of all, I am petrified of the dentist, and ever since I’ve been coming to Dr. Jones, I am not afraid to be here. Coming here has been a great experience. I feel comfortable when I’m here. They do a great job.

Not only now do I come here, my husband comes here, both my children, my adult children and my son’s fiancé. So it has become my whole family now comes here. Not necessarily because of me, but because of Dr. Jones himself. Dr. Jones explains everything as he’s doing it…as he’s doing the procedure, crack jokes, and make it more pleasant for you while you’re having your procedure done.Usually, when I go to the dentist, I get very anxious, and when I come here, I don’t have that feeling anymore. I have recommended and tried to recommend lots of people to Dr. Jones because of the whole experience.

Many years had passed since I saw a dentist and was back in Texas. When I finally got a referral to Dr. Jones, it was a really good referral from a guy I knew. The first time I got here, I knew they were going to be the best. And I just jumped in, been amazed at everything that’s going on. I feel healthier because, you know, your teeth are so important. And I just feel like everything is good again, you know.

I’m kind of a baby when it comes to the dentist. I get anxious and, you know, I worry about the pain. And they do have nitrous oxide here and I get it. And it just makes it so easy. You know, it takes all that fear away. It takes all the pain away. You can trust these guys. And I don’t say that lightly because you can’t trust them all. And these guys you can trust.

One of my crowns, they were, like, 30 years old. And that’s pretty good life for a crown, I guess. I had one that had cracked and part of it was missing. You know, I started saying, “Oh, I gotta go, gotta go.” And, you know, put it off a little bit longer, and then another one cracked. So I called and made the appointment. That put me back together. I was really worried because I had let it go for a long time and it was easy once I started.

I just… I trusted them right away after meeting them all. That was huge to me. I think a lot of people don’t trust dentists because a lot of them hurt you, and you don’t know what’s going on in there. You’re not the professional. And, I mean, they could easily tell you, “This is wrong, that’s wrong,” but they don’t do that here. They are consummate professionals, is what I’ll say.

They’re really good about setting up your next appointment and reminding you. They send reminders, text messages. That’s really helpful because I don’t remember stuff, even though I write it down, I try to get it on my day runner, but always they’ve got a reminder for you. I would recommend Dr. Jones’ office because you’re not going to find anybody better. You really won’t.

From my experience, this practice has been nothing but almost a miracle for me. Coming to Petaluma, I had no dentist in town. I didn’t know anybody in town. I took a leap of faith with Dr. Jones. And I believe it’s probably one of the best leap of faiths I’ve ever taken. And I feel like if you’re somebody who might be a little nervous of the dentist or apprehensive or may need a lot of work, Dr. Jones is definitely the dentist for you.

I had a lot of work that needed to be done and we made a list, a schedule if you will, of what needed to be done and we went right through that list with no…there was no pressure. It wasn’t, you know, “We need to do it this, this, and this.” It was at my leisure. And I was able to get through all of my dental work that I needed to get done and ended it with Invisalign. I have so many great things to say about this practice and anybody that wants quality care should come to Dr. Jones.

Five years ago, I had crooked teeth. I was terrified of the dentist. I needed crowns. I needed cavities filled. I could use some whitening. And we took each thing that I needed done and we put it on a schedule and we just knocked off one thing after another with no timeframe, it was just when I felt comfortable doing it. Got a couple of crowns done. I got some cavities filled. I did some whitening.

A few years went by, I still had my crooked teeth. I was embarrassed about it. And Dr. Jones told me, “Let’s get through all of your dental work that we went done. You’re the perfect candidate for Invisalign. Once you have your teeth in a good spot, we’ll throw some Invisalign in there and make your smile beautiful.” And I’ve been in my Invisalign for almost a year now and I’m so confident in my smile.

And I can’t thank Dr. Jones and his staff enough for getting me through the process and telling me that I could do it, and having faith in me that I was gonna be able to get through all of the dental problems that I had. And we did it. And I’m here and I have straight teeth and they’re white.

My Invisalign journey has been exciting. It’s been special. It’s been everything I’ve ever wanted it to be. I had braces, top and bottom braces. I got my braces off. I got the wire put in at the bottom. And at about 20 years old, the wire broke. And, like any 20 year old that knows everything, I was like, my teeth are never gonna move. I’m an adult now. I’ve had braces. Nothing’s gonna happen. Fast forward 10 years, my teeth definitely moved, definitely shifted. And I was embarrassed about it. I didn’t wanna talk out loud. I didn’t wanna be on a video. I would try and hide it as much as I could. I wanted straight teeth. And Dr. Jones helped me get there. As soon as I got my dental work done, he took the impressions for my Invisalign. And my teeth were so messed up. I mean, I can’t even believe. I go back to my first pictures, and where I’m at now, and it’s like jaw hits the ground. Like, oh my God, my teeth, they look like that. And now I smile everywhere. I talk, I can create videos, whatever it is I wanna do. And I feel confident. And that’s everything that matters to me, is like the confidence behind yourself. When you have confident about yourself, you can do anything you want.

Well, what sets this place apart is just attentiveness. I feel like they really take care of you and they care about your smile. You feel like family. Quality of care, Dr. Jones, I would say out of a scale of 1 to 10, I’d rate it a 12, 15, or something like that. I’m completely happy. The effectiveness of the treatment, it makes me feel like it stands above other dentists because it’s quick, it’s painless, and it doesn’t feel like you’re going through a whole lot when you come here. I’ve been anxiety-ridden with dentists before and I don’t feel that when I come here. Come see Dr. Jones because he’s gonna get you right, and it’s not gonna hurt.

When I first started coming here, I guess some of my struggles were just related to not getting regular dental care. So I got my deep cleanings. I got all my issues worked out. And I was worried it was going to hurt and it didn’t. Right, the whole time I had a couple of minor issues when I got here, like I said, and I haven’t had any issues since.

I just do my checkups and cleanings. And get my Invisalign appointments and feel like I’m back. I would say to somebody, go for it. Quit overthinking it because it’s not as bad as you think it’s going to be. It exceeded all expectations, every step of the way.

Some of the issues I had when I first got here were I didn’t smile in pictures. My family would always say, why don’t you smile? And I was really self-conscious about my teeth. I don’t know what you’d call it. I call it a snaggle tooth because my tooth was sticking straight out. Now I’m back. I can smile without being self-conscious, and that is life-changing.

The process has been really smooth and painless. And to me, it was… I was super self-conscious, like I said, and the consistency of care is amazing.
