Get to Know Your New Dental Team in Petaluma
We can’t wait to meet you and help you achieve your dream smile! In the meantime, you can find out more about our team here.

It’s a pleasure for Barbi to come to work every day. She feels that we have an incredible team, all committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients. Our patients tell us how much they appreciate the individual attention they receive from her and how they always feel welcome and never rushed. Barbi handles all front office duties, from answering the phones and greeting patients as they arrive to discussing treatment plans. She also oversees accounts receivable and insurance billing.
Barbi and her husband, Shawn, love to camp and hike. They’re in the process of refurbishing a 1966 Aristocrat travel trailer and have two dogs who love to travel with them.

Nicole graduated from hygiene school at Pasadena City College with honors and has been involved in dentistry for over 15 years. She is a great educator of dental hygiene, and our patients all love her. Nicole and her husband, Chris, have a baby boy, Alexander. They enjoy traveling together as a family.

Michelle wants to make our office a place where each person feels welcome, respected, and comfortable. It’s important to her that our patients know they are safe here, that we will listen to them, and that we want to help them. Michelle spends her days delivering one-to-one oral hygiene care to patients, cleaning their teeth, and talking with them about dental health. When people understand the connection between a healthy mouth and body, they are more likely to take better care of their mouth. She loves when a patient comes for a recall visit and she gets to see their great teeth and gums and wonderful smile!

Janice loves helping create beautiful smiles for people and boosting their self-esteem in the process. For her, it’s a great feeling to bring about positive changes in the lives of our patients. Janice handles a variety of back office duties, including sterilizing and setting up our treatment areas, bringing patients in for their procedures, and sitting chairside. During treatment, she supports Dr. Jones, but she is also there for the patient to explain what he is doing and provide reassurance and encouragement.
